At Homeharbor, we are committed to your satisfaction with our premium medical scrubs. If you find that your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and exchange policy ensures a seamless process.

30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Charges: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. Homeharbor will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@homeharborusa.com to notify us of your return or exchange request.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Refund or Exchange Process:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. For exchanges, we will ship the new items promptly.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or monogrammed scrubs, opened medical accessories, and items not in their original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund as needed.
